Born: February 18, 1938, Sighisoara, Romania, Europe
Education: Graduated the “Nicolae Grigorescu” Academy of Fine Arts (1960-1966). Completed three post-graduate courses in 1969, 1971, and 1978 in Art and Art History at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest, Romania. He is a member of the Romanian Fine Arts Association and of Ward-Nasse Gallery in New York City.
Experience:
* 1966 to 1983, he taught art at the Liberal Arts Institute in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
* 1967 to 1975 he was a participating artist at the National Salon of Drawing and Engraving in Romania
* Participated in all national, biennial and commemorative art shows in Romania (juried professional shows)
* Participated and received an award in the Arts Midwest/NEA Regional Fellowship for Visual Artists Contest, held in 1986
* Participated as a volunteer in designing posters and pamphlets for the Rapid City Symphony League, South Dakota
